Review

The Maryculter house hotel made our wedding day and plans fun and easy they helped us so much they were great. There was only one thing that let it down a lil bit and that was the wait between courses of the meal but nothing that was a major thing.

It was a great day and the staff where friendly and when the master of ceremonies that had a very strong polish accent said the Celtic grace the whole room erupted into laughter. It's a shame that we didn't have that on film LOL. All together the best day ever and I have and would recommend it to anyone wanting a romantic wedding ! xx

Review

The staff at Maryculter House Hotel really deserve a huge thank you and well done for being so helpful from the moment we showed an interest in booking the hotel for our wedding.

We loved the old and the new look to the hotel, the original features really made this venue stick out in our minds.

Margaret and her team helped with all aspects of the planning, offering advice where needed and always available to answer the daft questions that just had to be asked.

The menus available were amazing, we didn't know where to start!! Thankfully they allowed us to mix and match courses from all menus to create a menu to suit us and were more than happy to cater for the trickier guests. The chef really was fantastic - especially after we saw our sweet course! He'd decorated our plates so that our pudding was fancier than all the others with a special message written in chocolate!

On the day, the staff were brilliant. They kept us informed of what was happening, despite the bride being 45 minutes late for the ceremony.

It was an unforgettable day, the venue is the perfect location for a wedding, the scenery is stunning and makes for the most beautiful pictures, we're struggling to pick our top 100 from the photographer at the moment (there's over 400!)

I would throughly recommend this venue to any bride and groom. It's an amazing venue, set in the most picturesque setting, and the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't help us enough!
